Instructions on Flash Mi 8 SE:
Download Mi 8 SE Flash File
1-Connect the phone with the USB connector to the PC and remove the battery.
2-Short Test Point with compatible battery.
3-Under Manger of the device, the hole for the Qualcomm HS USB QLoader 9008 port will appear.
4-Download and use MI Flash Tool
5-Upload Flash File to Desktop.
6-Provide Folder path.
7-Click refresh and tap Flash catch.
